French Breakfast is a mild, two inch long radish with red roots and white tips. Serve raw in salads or as an appetizer. Radishes also make a great ferment, grated or cut in chunks or wedges. Fermented radish stores well.
French breakfast seed is multi-sown in 2.5 inch pots. Break into small clumps and plant 4 to 6 inches apart. Thin as needed. French breakfast radish grows fast and reaches a height of 6 inches.
